Short statement of why you are qualified for the program:
I am a year 4 student at
Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC), majoring in TESOL. I have studied
various topics with methodology, classroom assessment, and curriculum design
with many lectures at PUC, but learning never ends unless we end it. Moreover,
in the near future, I would like to be a professional English teacher. I want
to go back to my village after I graduate and open English schools in every
village in my commune. I want to help my village kids to get more education in
language. So, after they finish high school they could find a good job or they
could continue their study to university level. Actually, I am running a small
English school at my village with 300 students. Therefore, I would like to
learn more about how to teach and how help students to learn more effective.
